Dr. Logel's research investigates, and then seeks to alleviate, social psychological factors that hold students back from flourishing both academically and socially, with an emphasis on women in STEM fields. She also researches or teaches about stereotypes, prejudice, and mindsets that support success and well-being. She and her research team have received grants from SSHRC, the National Science Foundation, the Raikes Foundation, and the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario.
