Gender-based violence is a men’s issue. More than simply structuring women’s lives, the dominant idea of manhood also structures men’s lives. In thinking critically about what it means to be a man today, the Men's Circle seeks to help men understand themselves as gendered beings.
Through facilitated group discussions and interactive exercises, this workshop invites men to consider the personal costs of adhereing to the dominant narrative of manhood.
