Partners for Employment celebrates 25 years of career fair

Last month, eager students leaped at the opportunity to network with more than 265 potential employers at the Partners for Employment (P4E), Career Fair. This event took place in the Manulife Sports Complex at RIM Park, with over 3000 students attending – almost half were UWaterloo students.

Kinesiology co-op student helps clinic take a step in the right direction

There’s a growing demand for pedorthists in Canada. Addressing lower limb and feet issues is a critical aspect of keeping people mobile, and kinesiology is the perfect pre-requisite to pursuing this profession.

“Pedorthics is a patient-focused career. You really have to be committed to helping others in this line of work,” says Frank Pozzuoli, manager and clinic owner of BioPed in Windsor, Ontario.
