Employer: Edit a job posting

  1. From the dashboard, select ‘Job Postings’ and click 'View' next to the job you want to edit
  2. Click the blue 'Posting Options’ action button, followed by ‘Edit Posting Details’Job posting options in WaterlooWorks
    1. You can also use this menu to make changes to your skills profile or the employment details 
    2. To request changes to your interview reservation or schedule, contact your service team
  3. Make your changes, then click 'Submit Changes for Approval'. If you made any significant changes, send your service team a message.

Quick tips

  • If the job has already been approved, it will need to be reapproved before any students can see and continue to apply to the job
  • Students who already applied will not be notified of the changes
  • You cannot edit a posting that has ‘expired’
