COVID-19 self assessment before move-in
You can find the COVID-19 self assessment here.
We ask that you complete this survey no earlier then 48 hours before you move into residence, in order to ensure you are symptom free at the time of move-in.
If you are asked at the end of the assessment to take further action, please get tested or contact a medical provider. We ask that you delay your arrival to help keep residence as safe as possible. You can re-schedule your arrival date by resubmitting the late arrival form above.
Students who cancel their contract(s) will be financially responsible in accordance with the terms and conditions in their residence contract.
