New UWP coffee lounge, coming soon

We're excited to announce that construction on UWP's newest space will be completed by the end of 2014.

The UWP lounge will be ready for residents by the end of 2014.

CLV cable and Internet: Changes are happening

New! On October 1, 2014, Waterloo Residences will be providing wireless high-speed Internet to everyone in the CLV-North community. Students will be connecting to Eduroam, the campus wireless service provided to all other rez communities.

In order to standardize services across our residence facilities, we will be phasing out cable TV at the end of the spring 2015 term (August 31, 2015) in all suite-style residences. Cable will continue to be provided in common areas of all communities.

Upcoming electrical shutdown for UWP

There is a scheduled electrical shutdown on November 6 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. in UW Place (UWP), all four courts and two towers.

Shutdown notice

Please be advised that the electricity at UWP will be turned off on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. to accommodate undergoing renovations.

All electrical service, with the exception of emergency power (i.e. emergency lighting), will be turned off.
