Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 50 ml maple syrup
- Juice from half a lemon
- Raisins
- 500g Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 100g granola
- 500ml ice cream
Method

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; sprinkle sugar over. Stir until sugar continuously begins to turn brown. About 3 minutes.

Add in maple syrup.

Add the juice from half a lemon.

Add apples. Sauté until apples are caramelized and tender, but not mushy, about 10 minutes.

Add in raisins.

Place ice cream in bowl and cover ice cream with apple mixture.

Sprinkle granola over ice cream and apple mixture and serve.
