Stephanie Cullen is Housing’s Manager, Residence Life. She is a part of the Student Development team and directly supervises the Residence Life Coordinators. Steph oversees social programming, leadership initiatives, and the management of student issues and conduct processes in Waterloo Residences.

When Steph is not at work, she loves to pursue outdoor activities such as camping, skiing, mountain biking... you name it!

Melissa Blewitt is Housing’s Coordinator, Desk Services Operations and Development. She is part of the Student Development and Residence Life team and works with our Front Desk Assistants, Front Desk Trainers, Team Leaders and Co-ordinators in areas of future planning, program development and evaluation.

Christy Elliott is Housing’s Finance Manager. She is part of the Finance team and provides financial management, reporting and support for the housing department.

Jennifer Ferguson is Housing's Assistant Director, Housing Occupancy and Marketing Services. She is part of the Housing Occupancy and Marketing Services team and works on student placement, marketing plans, and creative strategies to attract and retain students to live in residence.

When Jennifer is not at work, she loves to spend time at the beach.

Wendy Fritz is Housing's Supervisor, Cleaning Services. She is part of the Cleaning Services team and is responsible for the provision of Cleaning Services in Village 1 North and East Quads and Minota Hagey. She works to provide leadership and supervision to the front line staff.

When Wendy is not at work, she loves spending time in her garden.

Malorie Glyde is Housing’s Accounting and Data Specialist. She is part of the Finance team and works on assisting with a variety of finance management projects.

Dawn Godglick is Housing's Assistant Supervisor, Cleaning Services. She is part of the Cleaning Services team and works on supervising Village 1 South and West Quads and Mackenzie King Village.

When she is not at work, Dawn loves to spend her time doing genealogy research and spending time with her children and grandson.

Sheila Goodwin is Housing’s Coordinator, CLV-N.  She works on supervising both maintenance and cleaning in Columbia Lake Village-North. Sheila also works with Housing’s Visitor Apartments at Beacon Towers and additional summer visitor suites for External Services.  

If she was a super hero, her powers would be planning and organization and foreseeing bumps in the road before they happen.

Functional User Analyst

Barb Heppler is Housing's Functional User Analyst. She reports directly to the University Housing Officer. Barb ensures that the Housing Management System (HoME) is functional and provides support across all areas within the department. Student Accounts uploads and eCommerce journal uploads is a part of Barb’s current responsibilities.

If she was a superhero, Barb's power would be environmental restoration by magically removing damage caused by accidental and deliberate destruction.

Debbie Holden is Housing’s Assistant Manager, Cleaning Services. She is part of the Cleaning Services Management team and works on supervising Resident Attendants’ daily functions.

When she is not at work, Debbie spends her time travelling, shopping, and hiking with her puppy.

Mike Iley is Housing's Assistant Director, Residence Facilities. He is part of the Residence Facilities team and works on strategic development and implementation of all facility operation services in the areas of cleaning services, maintenance, capital improvements, and external services. 

When he is not at work, Mike loves to spend time with his wife, daughter and son.

Abby is the Coordinator, Residence Ambassadors for the Housing Occupancy and Marketing Services team. She works with the Residence Ambassador’s to lead and co-ordinate residence tours and special event days.

Ryan King is Waterloo Residences’ Manager, Housing Occupancy and Operations. He is part of the Occupancy team and works on ensuring students have appropriate accommodations on campus or off campus and ensures our customer service is student centric.

When Ryan isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and volunteering with a number of community organizations.

Julie Garel is Housing's Administration and Academic Programming Coordinator. She is part of the Living-Learning Management Team, and is responsible for supporting administrative processes for the Living Learning Program, and the co-ordination of Drop-in Tutoring and Academics in Residence Programming.

When Julie is not at work, she loves to spend her time exploring, doing crafts, and hanging out with her dog Buzz.

Wade MacAulay is Housing's Manager, After Hours Services. He is part of the Cleaning Services Management team and works with staff and students to ensure any maintenance concerns that occur after normal business hours are taken care of.

When Jessi is not at work, she loves to spend her time travelling around the world or hanging out with her dogs, Delilah and Virgil.

When Franco is not at work, he loves to spend time outdoors – either going on camping/hiking trips, or jumping into an adventure around the world!
