AODA accessible customer service training requirements
All University of Waterloo employees whether full-time, part-time, or contract are required to complete the Customer Service Training.
This training can be completed in one of two ways:
- Read the Council of Ontario Universities (COU) summary, log onto http://aoda.uwaterloo.ca/ and click complete
- Log on to http://aoda.uwaterloo.ca/ enter your user ID and password, complete the web based training modules during one or several sessions and click confirm to track your completion.
Your participation in this training will be tracked in ELMS and myHRinfo to ensure that the University of Waterloo is in compliance with the requirements of the AODA.
