Human Resources will be hosting an information session on June 27 at 12-1p.m. in EC5-1111. Employees are invited to ask any questions regarding the staff salary agreement covering the May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2021 period.
Compensation (pay practices) are intended to maintain internal pay equity, compensate employees relative to responsibility, and encourage higher performance levels, which are governed by the University's current and future financial commitments.
In accordance with Policy 5, Salary Administration, University Support Staff, the Provost’s Advisory Committee on Staff Compensation (PACSC) developed a compensation recommendation based on market data, the findings of the staff salary review, and other compensation arrangements on campus. This recommendation was approved at the June 5, 2018 Board of Governor's meeting.
