 y to reset during the\nworkday. In this in-person session\, facilitator Mo
 nika Kitor will\nexplain what yoga nidra is\, how it works\, and the impor
 tance of rest\nfor our bodies and how rest works against stress during the
  day. Then\nMonika will lead everyone through a short nidra session and de
