 le to experience the process\nproductively. Feedback does not need to be s
 tressful\, particularly\nwhen a culture of feedback is created within a te
 am. Be part of\nfostering this culture within your department by gaining a
 wareness of\nthe feedback loop\, recognizing when to offer feedback\, and 
 how to\nreceive feedback with grace. Participants will also have the\noppo
 rtunity to navigate through practice scenarios\, as well as create\na docu
 ment to articulate their own personal feedback preference\, which\nthey ca
 n share with colleagues\, managers or others with whom they work\nclosely.
