 standing of conflict and your reaction\nto it don’t align? Our individua
 l mindsets to conflict play a big\nrole in how we respond in moments of te
 nsion and opposition. In this\nworkshop\, participants will lean in with c
 uriosity about how they\nrespond to conflict\, how they approach conflict\
 , and how our\nnarratives play out. Through individual reflection\, small 
 and large\ngroup discussion\, and workplace conflict case studies\, partic
 ipants\nwill gain tools to approaching conflict productively and\nauthenti
 cally.

 ved opposing goals\, viewpoints\, or interests\nwith others around us\, we
  stall in our ability to solve problems.\nUnderstanding what conflict is a
 nd how it shows up in our lives is an\nimportant first step in resolving i
 t. In this workshop\, you will\ncomplete the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model
  Instrument to gain insight\ninto five different conflict-handling behavio
 urs\, and whether you\nmight be overusing or under-using one or more of th
 em. Based on a mix\nof individual reflection\, small and large group discu
 ssion\, we will\nexplore what conflict is\, how it appears at work\, and i
 ntroduce\nstrategies and tools to begin addressing it productively.
