 IVE is a mentorship program\nfocused on supporting the personal and profe
 ssional growth\, and\ndevelopment of employees that identify as Black\, In
 digenous and/or\nRacialized. The program is grounded on a collaborative\, 
 peer-based\nmentorship model that focuses on mutual mentorship. This model
 \nunderstands mentorship as the mutual reciprocity of being mentored and\n
