Beginning in 2019, T4/T4A forms and pay statements will no longer be available through myHRinfo. Up to six years of historical T4/T4A and six months of pay statement data will be available in the new HR system, Workday. This means that T4/T4A tax forms for 2018 will be available by February 28, 2019 on Workday.
What you need to do:
- Please review the address and Social Insurance Number (SIN) that Human Resources has on file for you, and update, if necessary, by November 30, 2018. To do this, log into myHRinfo using your Learn/Quest/WatIAM username and password. Changes to personal information during the month of December will need to be captured on the Personal Information Form and sent to Human Resources in EC1. Changes after December can be updated through Workday.
- Please print off any prior year T4/T4A slips, Faculty or Staff Association fees letters, or past pay statements from myHRinfo that you would like to retain for your records prior to December 31, 2018.
A communication will be sent out on how to access your 2018 historical forms and statements as soon as they become available in Workday.
