The position of Associate Provost, Human Resources (APHR) reports directly to the Vice President, Academic and Provost and is a member of the university’s Executive Council.

As Director of Human Resources Projects, Technology and Analytics at the University of Waterloo, Kimberley leads a team that defines evidence-based talent analytics, while overseeing the HR Project portfolio, Waterloo continuous improvement initiatives and HR technologies.
As a manager of Human Resources Partners at Waterloo, Lisa and her team provide advice and guidance to managers across campus navigating university policy and employment legislation.
Rochelle provides support and guidance to her clients regarding employee and labour relations, workforce planning, organizational change, and in the interpretation of employment legislation and University policy.
Teesha is passionate about client service, employee and labour relations, and the application of employment law and the University’s policies.
Renee supports managers and employees through workplace conflict, organizational change, employee relations, and overall policy and employment legislation interpretation.
As a Human Resources Partner, Glenda provides guidance to managers and employees through workplace conflict, organizational change, employment and labour relations, and policy and employment legislation interpretation.
John provides advice and guidance to clients around performance management, organizational change, conflict resolution, and University policies.
