As a Human Resources Partner, Allison provides guidance to managers and employees through workplace conflict, organizational change, employee relations, and policy and employment legislation interpretation. Allison has worked in Human Resources at the University of Waterloo for just over 8 years. Prior to that, Allison worked in HR within the manufacturing sector and spent several years in the recruitment/staffing field. She has her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation with Alternate Dispute Resolution and Change Management certification (ADKAR model).
