As a Human Resources Partner, Glenda provides guidance to managers and employees through workplace conflict, organizational change, employment and labour relations, and policy and employment legislation interpretation. She is passionate about working with her clients in developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Glenda has over 20 years of Human Resources experience within the education and insurance sectors. She is a Waterloo alumnus and has her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation with Alternate Dispute Resolution and Change Management certification (ADKAR model). When she’s not in the office, Glenda enjoys spending time with her family, being a hockey mom, and volunteering with local children’s organizations.
