Renee supports managers and employees through workplace conflict, organizational change, employee relations, and overall policy and employment legislation interpretation. She was first introduced to Human Resources through an 8-month co-op work term in Training and Development (now OHD) at Waterloo. Not soon after graduating, she came back to work with recruitment and then as a Staff Relations Coordinator. Renee has over 13 years of HR experience through the University of Waterloo, City of Toronto, St. Joseph’s General Hospital, and Grand River Hospital. She has her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, and Alternate Dispute Resolution and Change Management certification (ADKAR model).
