As a Human Resource Partner, Rochelle provides support and guidance to her clients regarding employee and labour relations, workforce planning, organizational change, and in the interpretation of employment legislation and University policy. She has worked in Human Resources at Waterloo for the past 10 years and has over 20 years of HR experience having previously worked as an HR Manager for Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites in Guelph. She is an alumnus of Waterloo and is certified in Human Resources Management, Alternate Dispute Resolution and in Change Management (ADKAR model).
