GroupNet allows plan member to submit claims online, receive payment by direct deposit and have immediate access to plan details and plan member benefit usage. By registering once, plan members will enjoy the benefits of a secure online benefit services that includes:

GroupNet for plan members website

Self-registration

  • Members can access the site immediately by registering online.
  • An attempt by someone trying to impersonate a plan member will be flagged to the member — an important security feature for you and your plan members.

Online claims submission — member eClaims

  • Plan members can submit claims online, any time, by signing up for direct deposit.
  • Our eClaims include a variety of covered services – prescription drugs, dental care, and paramedical services – depending on your plan design.

Pre-populated forms

  • Members can download forms that are pre-populated with their name, plan and employee numbers, and mailing address.
  • Reduces the need for you to maintain an inventory of forms.

Detailed claims information

  • Members can check the status of a claim, and see the amount paid and how the claim was assessed.
  • Up to 24 months of claims history information is available for viewing.

Coverage information

  • Members can explore their top-level coverage inquiries (including deductibles, co-insurance and maximums).
  • Coverage balance information is available.
  • The most commonly sought-after information is presented first, to make navigation easier and save time on coverage inquiries for your members.

Health and wellness information

  • GroupNet offers a rich source of health information, including a health risks self-assessment tool, plus detailed information on drugs, conditions and treatments.
  • Members can access information relevant to their lives directly from their claims, learning more about their health, treatments and alternatives.

Direct deposit

  • Members can sign up online for Direct Deposit of claim payments.

GroupNet text messaging

Provides access to benefits plan details through text messaging. Plan members can get information like their plan number and member ID, coverage details, co-insurance, benefit maximums and more.

GroupNet mobile app

You can download GroupNet Mobile for free on Google Play, BlackBerry App World and the App Store.

With this app, you can use your mobile devices to:

  • Submit claims online.
  • Access personalized coverage information about benefits, claims and more.
  • Search drugs by name or identification number (DIN) to find out if they’re covered and at what percentage.
  • View card information including: member ID, drug and travel assistance.
  • Locate the nearest provider who has access to Provider eClaims through our built-in GPS mapping tool.
