Key Dates to Remember:

December 2023 to February 2024

Staff and Managers start to meet to discuss performance:

  1. Complete either the performance appraisal form or the staff performance summary 
  2. Performance conversation between the employee and their manager
As soon as completed Managers submit final performance appraisal form(s) to Human Resources*
Friday, March 8, 2024 Recommended final date for completion of 2023 performance discussions, and completion of forms
Friday, March 22, 2024 Final date for performance ratings to be submitted to Human Resources*
