Consider our team the central resource to all students, staff and faculty regarding matters of harassment, discrimination, and other general forms of conflict.

We take your concerns seriously and work with you in complete confidence.

What does talking with us look like?

After reaching out to us, we'll book a time to meet in person. You are more than welcome to bring a friend or colleague with you. During this initial meeting, we listen to your concerns and provide information on possible options and resources. After, you may wish to explore specific resources offered by our team, including:

  • One-on-one coaching
  • Resolution support
  • Third party dispute resolution processes

Appointments are not necessary, although recommended.

Conflict Management Services

Various services are for all University of Waterloo students, faculty, and staff for working through and managing conflict and are customized to meet the needs of the parties.

Services Include:

The University of Waterloo desires to create an environment that supports, nurtures, and rewards its members on the basis of such relevant factors as work performance and achievement. Discrimination and harassment are not conducive to this environment.
