CCDI is a social organization focused on research and learning. They aim to support and work with Canadian workplaces to be inclusive, free of prejudice and discrimination – and to generate the awareness, dialogue and action for people to recognize diversity as an asset and not an obstacle.

CCDI as a Resource at University of Waterloo

CCDI offers free resources to advance institutional diversity goals. These include toolkits that support capacity-building for individuals or groups; reports on current trends, and much more!

As a faculty member or staff member at the University of Waterloo, you also have access to the CCDI’s Knowledge Repository  an online library that houses 600+ resources, along with additional resources such as recorded webinars.
