About the Retreat

We know that women-identified faculty members are more likely than their male-identified counterparts to experience an overburdening of service work. To advance the research programs of women-identified faculty members, it is essential to provide dedicated research and writing time, space and opportunities. With support from the Office of Research and the Writing and Communication Centre, Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion is thrilled to offer the Women-Identified Academic Writing Retreat as a direct response to this need.
