 of close collaboration\nwith Inuit communities in the Arctic\, Dr. Fox wil
 l illustrate the\npowerful ways our understanding of the changing Arctic c
 limate can be\nadvanced when we link Inuit knowledge and visiting science.
  She will\nuse examples from community-led research\, land-based programs
 \, and\nharvesting to show how co-produced knowledge\, Inuit\nself-determ
 ination in research\, and supporting community-based action\nare fundament
 al to addressing climate and environmental challenges in\nthe Arctic and b
 eyond. Dr. Fox will centre Arctic weather and sea ice\nin the story\, and 
 connect to the works of her colleague\, friend\, and\nphotographer Robert 
 Kautuk\, whose photography exhibition accompanies\nthis year’s lecture.\
