During this seminar, Matt Harford and Natasha Jennings will introduce the new multiple-choice exam processing service, Akindi, beginning with a brief look at the benefits of the service, how it works, and the implementation timeline, followed by a live demonstration.

Matt Harford is IST’s Service Desk Manager, overseeing the EC2 service desk and physical service desks in DC Library, DP Library, and Village 1. While the service desks keep him very busy, Matt enjoys woodworking, cooking, and his dog, Ramsey.
Natasha Jennings is the Communications Officer for Information Systems & Technology (IST), providing support across the department for internal and external communications and IST projects and services. Natasha is currently working to complete a Master’s degree from the Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business. Outside of work (and school), Natasha loves spending time with her family, including son John (6) and daughter Josephine (3), cheering for the Patriots, and discovering delicious new wines.
