About the session: Through case studies of an agile, a hybrid, and a traditional project, attendees will be shown that change management is the missing element for projects. We’ll discuss what change management is and demonstrate how it makes a difference in your projects. Finally, attendees will be offered several tips for applying change management on your agile and hybrid projects.
