New Service Desks / Fall Update
At the start of the fall term, IST launched two new service desks to provide better support to students across campus. In addition to an expanded team of student staff to run these new desks, Qualtrics is now being used to track student satisfaction, and some new initiatives have been launched to improve the student experience.
Matt Harford is IST’s Service Desk Supervisor responsible for the four main campus IT Service Desk (DP, DC, V1, CMH), and the team lead for the housing IT team. While the four service desks keep him very busy, Matt also enjoys woodworking, cooking, and mountain biking.
