Carol Lu is a Computing Consultant on the IST Service Desks team in Client Services. She enjoys helping others find solutions to both technical and non-technical problems.
Matt Harford is IST’s Service Desk Manager, overseeing the EC2 service desk and physical service desks in DC Library, DP Library, and Village 1. While the service desks keep him very busy, Matt enjoys woodworking, cooking, and his dog, Ramsey.
