SaltSack is one of the leaders in the new generation of declarative automated configuration management suites along with Ansible and Puppet. This talk will outline how Salt works, and describe MFCF's work so far on automatic deployment and configuration management of Unix systems, including support for InfoBlox, inventory, VMware, AD, NFS, and so on
