The IT Best Practices project (ITBP) commenced in the fall of 2013 in order to bring together a cross-section of campus IT staff to discuss IT process-based improvements and define best practices. The project completed at the end of August 2014. This session will provide an overview of the project goals and intent, the process through which the best practices were selected and developed, and the three areas that the project team focused on: Service Operations (Incident Management), Knowledge Management, and Change Management.
