Description*** UPDATE: 12:00pm: we have confirmed all services are up and running on the backup server and will close the alert. On going investigation is occurring and if any further changes or outages are required to bring the primary back into server, this will be communicated.
*** UPDATE: 11:34am: the primary server did not come back up properly so we initiated a swap to the backup server and have confirmed all CallPilot services are up and running again. When we have any further information or if any other work is required to regain service on the primary server, this will be communicated as necessary.
*** UPDATE 9:55am: the vendor has suggested a full restart of the voicemail system that is commencing now and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once that is done we will assess the situation and provider further updates.
*** UPDATE: we have determined that this outage is also affecting the menus provided by CallPilot.
At this time the CallPilot voicemail system for our Avaya telephones is inaccessible. A ticket has been opened with the vendor to assist in troubleshooting and regain service. Updates will be provided when we have further information.
