Skype Windows Client Queue Display Issue

It has been determined that users in Skype Queues (response groups) using a Windows based Skype client are receiving some strange call display behaviour. Microsoft has acknowledged that a recent update does not clear its call variables between each incoming call and it is known that queue calls do not pass call display information. When a response group call is received on this particular client, the call display is shown as the last direct call you received, but the caller ID (phone number) is accurate. This has no other impact on the calls themselves.

We are waiting for Microsoft to address this but have been told it could take some time to get this updated through the typical Office365 channel updates. Once we have confirmed a new version is released that fixes this, we will let you know.
