Call display on internal phones is only displaying the phone number instead of the name.
Twice a week, the tele-management software that we use updates the name-to-extension association in the PBX with what’s stored in its database. It does this by doing a bulk delete followed by a bulk add.
We’ve been experiencing communications problems between the tele-management server and the PBX, so these updates are failing (after the bulk delete). We’re currently investigating the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
