Due to a known issue of the current firmware, the following devices are being reloaded tomorrow morning to a new version.

The outage is anticipated to last the duration required for the reload. Any downstream devices/users will also experience an outage.

WatIAM issues this morning

WatIAM is currently down. We will let you know when the system is back up and running. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Resolved at 11:12 a.m. - WatIAM is currently back up and running.

Quest file processing did not complete last night, as originally indicated. The Quest process is being run now. Telephone Services processing did not complete this morning either. Updates and creates from Human Resources Management System are catching up now. Once those processes have completed, a new extract file will be generated and posted on watserv1.

Quest downtime Dec. 22

Due to a system upgrade, Quest will be unavailable from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.

Quest service will remain available during the Christmas holidays subject to unexpected system outages.

Quest support will not be available from 3:30 p.m. EST Wednesday, December 23, 2009, through 8 a.m. EST Monday, January 4, 2010 inclusive.

Any support issues that arise during the holiday period (including the mailing of online materials) will be addressed beginning January 4, 2010, after 8:30 a.m. EST.
