What is happening?
The following software will be updated on all academic support computers:
This software will be updated on academic support computers in the Secure Shell security group.
When is this happening? Monday, December 8 at 11:00 pm
What is begin done? Maintenance to the OnBase servers.
When is this being done? Tuesday December 9, 8:00am-8:30am
What is the impact to OnBase users? OnBase will be unavailable during this time period. Graduate applicant documents viewed through Quest will also be unavailable.

What is being done? Network changes and upgrades are taking place affecting access to Connect (Exchange/BES) during the times listed below.
Why is this being done? The changes will improve the network and load balancing.
When is it being done? Monday, December 8, 6:30am-8:30am
What is the impact to Exchange users? All active connections to Exchange will be dropped at some point during this time period. For some clients, it may take 5 minutes for connectivity to be restored.
What is being done? Network changes and upgrades are taking place affecting access to SharePoint during the times listed below.
When is it being done? December 9, 6:30am-8:30am
What is the impact to SharePoint users? SharePoint will be unavailable during this time period.

The Switchboard is back up but there may be intermittent interruptions as additional boards come back up.
The University of Waterloo Switchboard is currently down.
Technicians are looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. I will send updates as they are available.
