During the holidays, if you notice an outage of the campus network or any major IST-maintained computing facility, you can leave a voice message at 519-888-4357 or submit a request online.
Please note only critical requests, such as a network outage, will be handled. Requests, such as password problems, will be processed in the usual manner once the University re-opens on January 4.
