What is happening? A data breach at Dropbox has made some University of Waterloo staff, faculty and/or student email and password details public. IST’s Information Security Services (ISS) team has been in contact (via email from Mark Gaulton, email@example.com) to alert these individuals of the breach, and encourage them to change their Dropbox password, especially if that password is also used for accessing a University service/application.
RESOLVED:This issue has been identified and WCMS sites are now generally available. Thank you for your patience. We are running cache clears against all sites to ensure proper loading. If you have a site that is continuing to have issues, please run a manual cache clear and check your site before submitting an RT.
