Resolved: iCIMS service issues - February 28

Resolved: The service issues with iCIMS were resolved as of 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28 and all systems are currently functioning.

Updated as of 8:45 a.m. on March 1.


The University's recruiting platform iCIMS is currently experiencing service issues that may impact Hiring Managers in being able to access applicants and perform hiring actions. 

iCIMS has acknowledged this issue and is actively working with their hosting partner to restore service to optimal levels and will be providing updates as they become available.

UPDATE: Switchboard issues – February 22

UPDATE: After further investigation after a failover to our backup node, access to mailboxes is not working.  Calls to menus are working as expected (that were previously not working), but users are unable to access their voicemail boxes.  Voicemails that are left are just producing static and not the message itself.  Communication with the support vendor is in progress and further updates will be provided shortly.

Request Tracker (RT) data retention – March 1

What is happening? All Request Tracker (RT) tickets that have been ‘Resolved’ or ‘Rejected’ for more than 8 years will be deleted; this will be done on a regular basis. (Note: ‘Resolved’ and ‘Rejected’ refer to RT ticket statuses.)

When is this happening? Wednesday, March 1, 201

Quest scheduled maintenance - February 22

What is happening?  Quest application maintenance.

When is this happening?  Wednesday, February 22 between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m.

What is the impact?  During this time, Quest will be down and unavailable.

MySQL Recondo maintenance and Sendit outage – February 21

What is happening? The MySQL service Recondo will be offline while IST performs system maintenance.

When is this happening? Tuesday, February 21 from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.

What is the impact? Most web applications on Strobe will not be able to access the MySQL Recondo database during the maintenance window. Sendit and the CECA paging application will also be unavailable during the maintenance window. The WCMS will not be impacted.
