UPDATE: The issues with the campus Wi-Fi have created sporadic connectivity issues for users attempting to connect to eduroam. IST has restored service but reoccurrence is likely until a solution is determined with the vendor. We are currently communicating with the vendor to determine a permanent solution. Additional information will be shared when available.
What is happening? The Request Tracker (RT) system experienced delays in ticket creation (via email) and delays in notifications being sent out. This issue has been resolved and the RT system and all queues should be up to date.
Note: This did not impact ticket creation within the RT system itself (only tickets created via email).
