In 2016, IST embarked on a strategic planning process that was guided by key questions about who we are as a department, the work that we do, improvements that can be made, and how we measure our success. The process included an important engagement and consultative period that helped to focus our efforts into five themes, and defined the strategy of the plan.
What is happening? The Campus Avaya PBX will be patched and rebooted to keep current with vendor provided updates. Multiple outages will occur over the four-day maintenance period. Please see the full maintenance schedule and work breakdown/impact below.
December 14 and 15
From 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 14 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15
What is happening? Qualtrics will be undergoing site maintenance to merge a department University of Waterloo (UW) Qualtrics accounts into the central UW Qualtrics account.
When is this happening? Monday, December 18, from 8:00 a.m. until Thursday, December 21, at 7:00 p.m.
What is the impact? All active surveys will still be available for survey participants to complete. Users will not be able to login into their Qualtrics accounts to do survey administration, or to access results during the maintenance window.
