I’m pleased to share IST’s 2018 Annual Report, which highlights a number of achievements from the past year and their impact across campus.
UPDATE: December 2, 3:25pm
The Switchboard is back up but there may be intermittent interruptions as additional boards come back up.
The University of Waterloo Switchboard is currently down.
Technicians are looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. I will send updates as they are available.

UPDATE (Sept.5, 4:07 pm): The service technician has replaced a number of faulty components. Lines have been tested and diagnostics routines have been run. These tests indicate that full service has been restored.
There was a 10 minute outage starting at 2:50pm today. The WCMS servers experienced an excessive load, possibly due to a denial of service attack.
Staff are investigating.
