Beware of emails containing virus attachments

Thursday, July 31, 2008

Caution: bogus email messages containing virus attachments, claiming airline e-ticket confirmation, package delivery from US Customs Service, and other similar scenarios have been identified on campus. Never accept a .zip or .exe file as an attachment.
If in doubt, contact the Information Systems & Technology Help Desk or your Faculty Computing Support Area.
