UPDATE: Due to the emergency messaging that was in place yesterday for the school closure, the ability to interrupt the standard messaging is disabled. Callers would have been able to dial or say the name of the person they wanted to be transferred to after the entire message was played.
What is happening? The campus telephone auto-attendant (519-888-4567, x77777) is currently not working.
What is the impact? Calls are being received but the system is not responding to digit presses or voice recognition. Calls that wait and stay on the line are eventually being transferred to the operator.
