Changes to email access for retirees not receiving pay or pension - February 1

UPDATE: Affected retiree users should now have their email access restored.

What is happening? Retirees who do not receive pay, benefits, or pension have not been migrated to Workday and may show up as “expired” in WatIAM.
 
What is the impact to users? Affected users may have lost email access as a result of this change.
 
What do users need to do? Users who wish to retain email access must request account sponsorship from their respective departments. This can be done by having a department representative submit an RT asking for an account to be sponsored.
