What is being done? Network changes and upgrades are taking place affecting access to Connect (Exchange/BES) during the times listed below.
Why is this being done? The changes will improve the network and load balancing.
When is it being done? Monday, December 8, 6:30am-8:30am
What is the impact to Exchange users? All active connections to Exchange will be dropped at some point during this time period. For some clients, it may take 5 minutes for connectivity to be restored.
