What is happening? IST has been made aware that some generic accounts are missing their R: drives as a result of the implementation of the new WatIAM system. This has caused issues for users of these accounts in retrieving or saving files.
What is the solution? There are two solutions available to resolve this issue. Please send an email to email@example.com to determine which option works best for your department.
