- Residence IT Service Desk will be closed December 20 - January 4 at 12:30pm.
- IST Service Desk (CHIP), East Campus 2 – Foyer, plus Media Resources/Podium keys in MC1052 will be closed December 24 - January 5.

Audio-Visual equipment loans in MC 1063 will be closed December 24 – January 5.
During the holidays, if you notice an outage of the campus network or any major IST-maintained computing facility, you can leave a voice message at 519-888-4357 or submit a request online. Please note only critical requests, such as a network outage, will be handled.
