IST Service Desk holiday hours
- All service desks will be closed from December 22, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
- The Davis Centre Service Desk will re-open on January 2, 2019 with reduced hours:
- January 2 - 4: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- January 5 - 6: 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- The Village 1 Service Desk will re-open on January 5, 2019 with reduced hours:
- January 5 - 6: 12:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Regular hours for all service desks will resume Monday, January 7.
Reporting IST service issues over the holiday break
IST will monitor the service desk phone (519-888-4357) for any messages and will also check for requests (firstname.lastname@example.org) and helpdesk email (email@example.com) over the Christmas break for urgent items that need to be addressed.
Please note only critical requests, such as a network outage, will be handled. Requests, such as password problems, will be processed in the usual manner once the University re-opens on January 2.
